Dr. Lincoln Harris is globally recognised for his multi-disciplinary treatments and his ability to teach this to dentists ranging from beginners to experts. He is an in-demand dental speaker who has presented at conferences around the world for over two decades.
His passion for dentistry was sparked when he went to a dentist and was impressed by the new technology (fissure sealants) that he was treated with at the time. After graduating in 1998, he went on to found his practice with the simple goal that his patients could get work of the same quality they might in a big capital like London or New York. However, he soon found that his patients wouldn’t drive 4 hours to see a specialist, and his journey into learning multi-disciplinary dentistry began.
Dr Harris has run his own private practice for nearly a quarter of a century now, and in this time, he has been given keen insight into the dental industry’s challenges and stressors. This led to him co-founding RipeGlobal, a dental education platform designed to fast track careers and businesses with his brother Cam Harris in 2020.
Since 2020, Dr Harris has worked hard to grow RipeGlobal while still serving his community as a sought-after dentist. Between his private practice and RipeGlobal, he manages over 80 staff, all committed to better dentistry.
Dr Michael graduated from Griffith University in Queensland and has more than 10 years of experience working in Dental. Dr Michael is now permanently based in Sydney, enjoying life and work on the North Beaches.
Dr Michael is a past graduate of the sales training event and since completing the course, Dr Michael has implemented his learning to achieve exceptional results with his patients - having more people saying YES and serving more people at the highest standard.

Billy Rickman is a passionate presenter who has worked extensively with major companies and important personalities across multiple industries, including dental.
Billy has presented internationally and also coached clients from around the world. He is known for his high energy style that is engagement, fun and interactive.
Billy has invested in, established and operated over 20 businesses Australia wide and has a wealth of experience in business operations, but more specifically in marketing and sales.
Before venturing into the business world, Billy was a decorated sailor, serving in the Royal Australian Navy for 8 years. Billy served on two deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan and learned many lessons in leadership and discipline during his time in the military.
Currently, in addition to sales training events, Billy works within his media agency called The Media Anchor.
The Media Anchor is a specialist media agency that focuses primarily on Dental - managing accounts who earn from $500,000 to tens of millions per year. With 90% of the client listing coming from the dental industry, it provides The Media Anchor a unique understanding of how the industry works, the specific treatments within it and additionally the patients that visit and utilise the treatments.
Within his time in Dental, Billy has also coached and mentored teams within organisations. Working with entire teams over longer periods has allowed Billy to gain huge insights not just into the industry, but also what makes each person within the business perform at their best.
